I love all things Ansel Adams. This is a wonderful book. Beautifully printed with a few pictures that I hadn't seen before. I love the stories and letters from Ansel and about Ansel. My only complaint is that I thought the book would be a lot bigger. Maybe it did mention size in the description but I was hoping for a calendar sized book. So that's on me. Also, and I hate it when others say this in reviews but the packaging of the book was awful!!! Thrown into a box that was folded over and barely taped. The corner of the book was sticking out when I picked it up off the porch. Luckily it wasn't raining because there was no shrink wrap on the book. I have noticed most of my packages from Amazon have similar sloppy boxing and taping. Hopefully this practice won't continue.
