1978 first printing bound in green cloth with a gold line decoration on the front board and gold spine lettering. Oblong Folio 13 1/2" x 16 3/4", 306 page hardcover. A near fine copy in a very good dust jacket. The book has mild bumps to its upper corner and faint toning to the page margins. The dust jacket has 1" rub mark and a small hole on the rear panel, possibly from the removal of a price sticker. Rubs to the jacket's corners.
