My hope is to point you along the most direct path possible while allowing you to progress at a comfortable speed. Trying to learn photography without some guidance is like setting out on a cross-country trip without a map or compass. You may eventually get somewhere, but the journey will be more stressful and much longer than it would have been with an experienced guide.
